Branding Strategy, Corporate Identity and Website
Redesigning the face of community services
Being trusted with branding a product or service is one thing. Being trusted with rebranding a product or service is another—a huge position of care and responsibility to ensure you’re doing the very best for your client at a time when they are taking their greatest risk. The rebrand promising their clients present and future, their new/revised/strengthened/improved proposition or offering, has evolved.
Lutheran Services Queensland trusted Carbon Creative to communicate their very special offering through a rebrand. So much more than just a new logo, the client wanted to celebrate the organisations ethos anchored in service and their Christian faith with a completely new identity.
At the forefront of our design was Lutheran Services values and how they serve individuals and communities across home support, retirement and aged care facilities, mental health and disability services, youth and family services and domestic violence and crisis support.
Carbon developed a new identity that complemented the client’s rebranding strategy which included adapting a brand mark and giving identity to sub-brands differentiating services. The use of portrait photography featuring real Lutheran Services clients was a deliberate tactic to promote and celebrate the organisations authenticity; injecting warmth and beauty of character to the rebrand through the people it serves.
