Lutheran Services Queensland trusted us with rebranding their comprehensive community service offering. So much more than just a new logo, the client wanted to celebrate everything that made them who they were with a complete identity overhaul. It needed to capture the breadth of their services, represent the individuals who rely on them, and respect their values and belief system.
Carbon developed a fresh identity which included adapting a brand mark that could be applied to their various sub-brands. The use of contemporary and candid portrait photography featuring real Lutheran Services clients was a considered approach that promoted and celebrated the organisation’s authenticity and humanity.
By injecting the individual warmth and beauty of Lutheran Services clients, we managed to deliver a rebrand that respected their past while encapsulating their vision for the future. We’ve seen both internal and external brand engagement dramatically increase too.

A huge rollout was created, including stationery, brochures, posters, books, newsletters, signage, wayfinding etc.
We restructured and re-designed their website with a better user experience in mind. The various services on offer are clearly navigated and our clients are celebrated throughout the site.
